Sports Equipment
After confirming the requirements, a meeting is needed to discuss dimensional tolerances and mold production methods to ensure compliance. Following formal mold opening, materials are purchased for trial molding and sample inspection. If dimensional errors are found, the client's requirements will be discussed to determine if they can be relaxed or if the mold can be modified. After modifications, samples are sent for client confirmation before small-scale production testing.

After confirming the production of all items with the customer, we check the dimensions of each component and the location and length of the weld points, and then manufacture the stamping and welding dies.
